Es difícil saber quién eres.
Es aún más difícil definirte.
Tratamos de encontrarnos, darnos un significado. Una identidad.
Huimos de adjetivos que nos clasifican.
Buscamos alrededor.

It is difficult to know who you are.
It is even more difficult to define yourself.
We try to find us, to give us a meaning. An identity.
We run away from adjectives which classify us.
We search around us. We search for us.
We define ourselves through those things we see. We create our personal identity through a connection with people and things we have around us.

Biopsias is a study about the personal identity (re)defined through those things we have around us, those we feel identified with. Personal and human parts are literally taken and they are compared (and defined) with other elements which belong to the outside. In this way, the personal identity is shown and redefined throughout the identification with elements which surround us.
